Terms of Use and Copyright Protection

1. Individual Ownership

Each purchased digital pattern is an object of intellectual property and belongs exclusively to one person. Simultaneous use or joint ownership of one pattern is not allowed. There is always only one owner — either the direct buyer or the person in whose name a gift was officially registered.

2. Procedure for Purchasing a Pattern as a Gift

If you wish to purchase a pattern as a gift, this procedure must be agreed upon with me in advance. "Silently" forwarding a purchased file to another person without my knowledge is strictly prohibited and is considered unauthorized distribution.

  • Mandatory advance notice: You must notify me in advance that this is a gift and provide the details of the actual future owner (first name, last name, and Instagram nickname, if available). I need to clearly know exactly who the ultimate legitimate owner of the purchased copy is.
  • File delivery methods: a) Direct delivery (preferred option): After payment, I send the pattern file directly to the recipient's email. b) Delivery through the payer (acceptable option): If the recipient does not use email (for example, you are buying a pattern for an elderly mother), the file will be sent to your address. You are granted the right to transfer or forward the pattern to the future owner once.
  • Restrictions for the payer: when arranging a gift, you act solely as the payer. After transferring the file to the real owner, you are obliged to delete it from your devices. You do not have the right to keep a copy of the pattern for yourself, stitch from it, or pass it on to anyone else. There is always only one owner.

3. Strict Prohibition of Transfer and Distribution

Purchasing a pattern grants the right exclusively to its personal use. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Transfer digital files to any other persons (including friends, relatives, or acquaintances).
  • Sell, exchange, or gift the files you have already purchased and received, bypassing the official procedure (described in paragraph 2).
  • Publish or distribute the patterns on the Internet in any form, including on social networks, forums, public or private chats, and file-sharing services.

4. Technical Protection of Files

Please note: a special unique coding is applied to each digital pattern, which cannot be removed or bypassed technically. This algorithm contains detailed information about the specific owner. In the event of illegal distribution of the file online, this coding allows for the instant and unmistakable identification of the original source of the leak.

5. Consequences of Rule Violation

Any unauthorized distribution of patterns is considered theft of intellectual property. If the fact of transferring files to third parties is discovered, the following consequences will ensue:

  • The violator permanently loses the right to purchase any materials and patterns on this site.
  • The violator's details are added to general databases and blacklists of designer and pattern developer communities.
  • The author reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal procedures to protect her copyright and block resources where the materials were illegally posted.

6. Agreement to the Rules

By placing an order and checking the non-distribution box, you assume full responsibility for the preservation of the digital files and guarantee strict adherence to all the conditions listed above.
