• To process your order, keep an order history, communicate about its status, and provide payment or delivery instructions.
• To answer messages submitted through the contact form.
• To save your selected favourites, ratings, and voluntarily saved answers to the “Find Your Pattern” questionnaire for your own account.
• To record acceptance of the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and optional photo-publication consent.
• To publish submitted photos of completed works only when you have explicitly agreed to that use.

Bonny Art sends transactional emails only when needed for account verification, password reset, order confirmation, and order-status updates. We do not use the contact details collected through this website for unsolicited mass marketing emails.

The website records order and price information, but it does not collect, process, or store bank-card details or other payment credentials. Payment instructions are provided separately after an order is created.

We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal data. Some trusted service providers process limited information on our behalf only to operate the website and provide the requested service.

The website uses essential cookies and browser storage required for its operation. This includes a cookie that remembers the selected website language and authentication-related cookies that keep a signed-in session working.

The contact form may temporarily save an unfinished draft in your browser so that you do not lose text while filling it in. Guest answers to the “Find Your Pattern” questionnaire may also be temporarily stored in browser storage until you sign in and choose to save them to your account. You can clear this information through your browser settings.

At the date shown above, the audited application source does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before such tools are enabled.

Bonny Art may use an internal content-publishing tool that connects, through Pinterest OAuth, only the owner’s Pinterest profile, “Bonny Art & Bonny Bloom | Cross Stitch Patterns” (https://www.pinterest.com/bonnypatterns/). The public website does not ask visitors for Pinterest passwords and does not offer visitors a Pinterest-account connection.

The tool is used to create, save, update, or manage Pins and boards for that profile only after the operator explicitly chooses the relevant action. It is not intended to create artificial engagement or perform hidden actions on behalf of other Pinterest users.

Pinterest authentication is performed through Pinterest’s authorization flow. Bonny Art does not request or collect Pinterest passwords or Pinterest session cookies.

If you separately provide photos of a completed work stitched from a Bonny Art pattern, we may publish them on the Bonny Art website or official social-media pages only when you have given the optional photo-publication consent. Declining this optional consent does not prevent you from placing an order.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate your account, process orders, maintain required consent records, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations. We may retain limited records where necessary to protect the legal rights of Bonny Art.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Database credentials and service secrets are kept on the server and are not exposed to website visitors. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
